Android 4.1 Chinese Handwriting Support?

Hi i have been eyeing the Google Nexus 7, i have looked through some walkthroughs of the device and saw that it has chinese language support which is great.
I was wondering if it had chinese handwriting support, as i've been using that feature alot in ios device. It runs android 4.1 and i haven't found any information on weather or not it has chinese handwiriting support.

I would guess it does, and but if there isn't, I'm betting someone has made an app for it. Especially since there are tons of Chinese Android tablets.
