will android 4.1 come out for all phones or just certain phone that can handle jellybean nd will it be working with samsung admire to to install and check it or only for nexus phone rite now

Jellybean surpasses Ice Cream Sammich, for one. And no, its not coming out for all devices, its only going to be officially released for the higher end devices but there are some ports to older phones already out. Search through this forum and you will see people are already working on it. In fact, one of those threads is not too far down the list from this one. The search button is your friend
