I finally got my rca 1o pro running again, still trying too help my wife out, is there a way to sync our two tablet ,hers is a Samsung galaxy tab 2 running android ver 4.1.1 and mine is running 4.2.2, just trying two sync game, data to mine so she can restore hers, shes been working on this game for years and does NOT want to lose any data from game, thank for any input. I added both our Google accounts to both tabs but still will not sync ? and I need to thank the person who responded to my last inquiry,do not remember name but thank you.

thank you for replying so quickly, yes that was me have a locked screen on my tablet, I thought I pressed the reset button but tried again and had to really push on it but got it to reset, don't know what I did but will NOT mess with ANY folders on it again, yes, I tried Helium backup and it would work but needed to buy the premium ver to get the data back off the card, just trying to get her stuff saved or synced with mine so as to not have to purchase anything, do not like using cards over the internet, but it looks like she's going to have to do what she wants. We have had tablets and all, but never really learned how they work and all, were newbie's. Thanks for you help.
You shouldn't need to pay for the premium version, I've used it before without paying. Just hook your tab up to your PC, run the app and you're sorted.

sure, I didn't know I could use it with my pc ? any instructions would be greatly appreciated, thank you. I just ran it on her tablet and when it got so far, it said we would need the bougten ver to restore the files are words to that effect ? thank you again.

thank you, it might be an issue on her tablet or something else ? but it has an issue, error, backing up to the external sd,I formatted it and it is mounted, the app will let me I assume back up to Google drive,drop box , at least it gives me the option too ,but need the premium ver to store it ,probably just break down and get the premium ver and hope that will save the data to one of the services and it will actually take it back off for us. After we do a full restore on the table. The tablet is SUPPOSEDLY saving its data on Google servers, but we like another back up saved somewhere ? just one more question if I may,when I plug in the tablet with out helium on I can open up the tablets stored internal sd card,can I just highlight all folders andf save that on my pc or will that not work when I past it back too the tablet ? and also,when we buy an app thru the play store, will they give us a key for it or how does that work, we do not want to buy it once then have to buy it again after the restore ?????? or can I purchase it and download it to my pc then copy it to the tablet ?? do not want to sound silly but we just got into owning tablets about 9 months ago and are still learning how all this stuff works, and don't, thank you again.
