Android 4.3 Bluetooth Issues

My carrier is AT&T and they just restarted releasing the 4.3 update, but After updating to 4.3 Jelly Bean last night, my Galaxy S4 will no longer play music via bluetooth although phone calls work just fine. Anyone else experiencing similar issues or know how to resolve?

BTMono (free at Play). I've been using it since Froyo. Run the music app first, then BTMono. Click Off, then click On. Sends just about anything to your BT headset.

And FWIW, I had the same problem after the initial 4.3 update from AT&T. The subsequent bugfix update (MK2 baseband) resolved it.
