Android 4.3 firmware XXUGMJ9 is not final.

I have read a lot about this supposedly 'official update' from Samsung that was released in Ireland. But everybody who installed it seems to be complaining about bugs and lots of other issues.

I don't know what to think..why would Samsung release a buggy firmware..or perhaps this is just only a test firmware and Sammobile just thought it was the official update....

If it's final then people aren't going to be happy, that's my thoughts on the subject.

If Samsung's Kies program is anything to go by I'm surprised any software from Samsung works! Phil

Unless its on Kies, it wont be final firmware
The 4.2 leak/test was horrible too

It sounds like people are losing their EFS (IMEI) when they downgrade so dont even try it if you dont have an EFS backup (requires root i think)
