android 4.3 installed

The Wife has an s2 that is rooted.
It has has 4.3 installed.
Anyway, she has bought some wristband thing that she is supposed to wear when she goes out walking or down to the gym or something.
This device says it needs an app called Dynamo and android 4.3 on a paired device.
However when I try to download it I get the message " This device isn't compatible".
I've tried going at it through Google on the laptop but it still won't install.
Is there any way to download/install it on a s2?

If Google play is telling you it is not compatible have you tried another appstore like Amazon's?

Or alternatively, if it is the Play Store that is telling you it is incompatible you could download it to a compatible rooted device, extract the .Apk (the Android installer file) and try and install it then.

If this is reading like I'm typing in a foreign language, post the Play Store link and I'll try and sort it out for you later this evening (I'm in the UK, it is currently 4.50pm), I'll extract the. Apk and tell you what to do.
