So since I bought that phone with Android 4.3 I couldn't seem to be able to enable developer options . Yes , I tried tapping seven times on the build number . But what it did was that it enabled developer options but actually , when I go in there I have only one setting : USB Debugging :\ . The single setting I am interested in is Mock Locations . Please Help
