Help android 4.4.2 ext 4 sd issues.

Hello
Ive been facing a probelm with ext4 error readind "sd card damage", i format back fat32 and it works fine. (However i need ext4 for files over 4gbs, like a .img file) manually mounting through terminal still not seeing a path sd stiill not in settings>storage.
Is there a proper way to make android 4.4.2 read ext4

I came across that post and I try the steps,

adb connect localhost
adb -s localhost:5555 shell
it failed to connect to lockal host on:5555,(it states it denied the connection) so I reconfirm root and it correct.
but it stil wont connect tot adb localhost, and I dont have any kind fo firewall on there, they other apps are able to make a connection.
any thoughts,

also is the read/write permission causing it not to read correctly, as in Sd Card error, or is aparted misformating it, (if you know of that parationing program)
