Android 4.4.4 issues

Well it seems there are multiple complaints with applications and Android 4.4.3 that seem to be extending to Android 4.4.4 and the Nexus line. On 4.4.3 I had to remove FireFox for android as it crashed in the background every 11 minutes. Now with 4.4.4 Boat browser is crashing randomly. WTF, get it right before you release it!

Now the system crashed while browsing in Chrome. I do think it was still loading page info at the time. I am not too sure it isn't an app updating either as it seems most times after the crash it is updating something. This could be though as the system is seeing a boot up and checks for updates. It isn't crashing though if idle. Grrrrrrr........

Well removed play store updates to allow it to reinstall just in case.

Google has screwed up every app they came up with. Play Store has been broken ever since it came out, and you expect Google to get system updates right?

Only issues I'm having is the freezing and rebooting, had that ever since the tablet was released though.

I do know early on that there was an issue where the sound would die out and it got redirected to my laptop. This seems to be through BT. I just shut down the laptops BT to see if that might help.

I have had 4.4.4 for two or three days now with no issues. I am on the tablet every night for three or 4 hours. No crashed, no rebooting and problems with chrome.

The only issue I had with chrome is when doing a Google search for what is different in 4.4.4 form 4.4.3 I could not find an answer.

I was having a crash and reboot issue every 19.5 minutes over night on the 26th. Only other app that is always running was LED light notification so I deleted it and other apps not being used. So far so good.

I think 4.4.4 had security updates. I know with 4.4.2 there was an exploit left open to root in the Motorola phones just released. There may have been a similar door in the 4.4.3 as the exploit door was not closed in 4.4.2 until 6/2/2014 build but the phones were based on a march build.
