Android 4 won't send emails

I am same person who asked question at 9:25 pm. I googled the message code and got this:

5.7.3 Check external IP address of ISA server. Make sure it matches the SMTP publishing rule.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS. Please help.

Sounds like you have provided invalid SMTP settings.

Most mobile networks only support their own SMTP server. Just google your network name and SMTP settings and these should come up. You need to note the SMTP server name - e.g. smtp.vodafone.net - and the port number - e.g. 465.

If you go to accounts and modify your e-mail account details on the second or third screen you should be asked for the SMTP settings. Put in the details you found above.
