Features of Android 6
App Standby
No more battery drain from seldom used apps: App Standby limits their impact on battery life so your charge lasts longer.

Doze
When your device is at rest, Doze automatically puts it into a sleep state. So your phone can still set off your alarm in the morning even if you forgot to charge it. Phew!

Permissions your way
No need to give apps access all the time. Android Marshmallow lets you define what you want to share and when. Turn permissions off at any time, too.

Simplified security with your fingerprint
Skip the crazy passwords: The key is at hand. Your fingerprint unlocks your phone and lets you securely breeze through sign in and checkout on Android Pay, the Play Store and even in apps.

Run the files from your recovery menu....

you might need to place the file (Custom ROM & GAPPS) on SD card for you to install it.

If You Don't have startup recovery menu

Don't have recovery download it and install it via Odin (Odin Attached)
Go to
https://twrp.me/Devices/
find your device or search for it .... download the tar file
T-mobile direct link --> https://twrp.me/devices/samsunggalaxynote3tmobile.html

After, Press and hold Power+Volume down+Home to go to download mode

Use Odin to install twrp recovery. ... after it is done go to recovery, Press and hold Power+Volume up+Home

If boot-loop got stock in the boot up screen try removing the battery (yes and usb cable) and reinserting it and restart the phone.

I Don't like Android 6 and want to go back to stock rom

no problem.
Download the stock ROM form here
http://galaxynote3root.com/galaxy-note-3-stock-firmware/
you might need to use a download manager ( like the open source Free Download Manager) the size of the Stock Rom is way way way bigger than custom ROM.

After you're done downloading the zip file .. Extract it ...
place your phone in download mode ...
run Odin .. flash it
and return your phone to normal.

Everything working? Well everything basic? Calls, texting, data? I dont care about nfc or any payment through phones.

Almost everything.
I had some hard time with Encryption.... (it took way to long) so I decided to give up on it.
Themes that are not CM13 will sometimes giver you problems.

If you don't like it you could always revert and go to the original software (larger file size) as my friend did... so you will never be stock with one option.

Here is a preview on the phone.

Ok. Imma try it. I had seen this before on Maxs page. The ROM I've been using as a daily driver since obtaining my Note 3 is Jedi Elite V2. But I am tired of KitKat and want to try MM. I just really wish there was a TouchWiz MM ROM for my Note 3. I dont like the idea of losing S-Pen functionality, but I rarely use it anyway. I suspect I can find apps for what I need. I pretty much just use the S-Pen to cut out screenshots. I will try it out and report back. Lets see if I agree with Max, that this is the best ROM ever. Thats a difficult mark to reach...

Well, I can say this, if the battery life on this ROM is even half as good as on Jedi Elite, I will never leave this ROM. I think I agree with Max...

Yes. There is Marshmallow TW ROM for the Note 3. The most recent one I know of is called DarkWolf via XDA. It's on V3 (came out not long ago) and it's said to be stable according to the Dev. Otherwise you could try getting the OG ported one from Darkera called DarkLord via Samsung Vietnam. The last one is called Music of Life via XDA.

Or you can be like me and multiboot both AOSP and TW ROMs

I will report after using this ROM for months, there are some real issues with it. About 85% of the time I have to use speaker phone, because I cannot hear anything on the other end. They can hear me, but not the other way around. Also every so often I have to turn on airplane mode to reset the data connection. I absolutely love the features of 6.0, otherwise I'd of left this ROM a while back. With that being said, I will be leaving this ROM today. I sure wish that it was more stable. It was great at first, then as time went on, it has gotten worse. Much worse. Very unstable for me now. Every so often it will freeze and reboot. Sometimes it will freeze and go to the lock screen. I love this ROM. It has phenomenal potential. It just needs some work.

Hmmm. I couldn't flash it on my Note 3 so I'm just going to stay with the OG Note 5 Port. It's stable and fast (aside from the camera app which only half works) I think it's safe to stay on 5.1.1 at the moment, there really isn't anything to dislike from it. It usually takes around 6 months after they first release the initial update for it to be deemed "Stable" so just come back in July/August
