Well, let's see.. 80 pounds sterling is about $125 American, so you've got to do some shopping to find a new tab for that low of a price. I'm thinking a search on eBay or other online outlet may yield some deals for you.
Do you want wifi only, or with a data plan with a carrier? .. etc.

You're not going to get much of a tablet for 80 quid(GBP), except maybe some China tablet thing from Ebay. Maplin have some reasonable Gingerbread tablets starting at around 140.

Personally, for that price I'd rather be looking at used Samsung or HTC tablets.

Something to bare in mind with many of these China tablets, is that they may not have any Google apps on them(no "With Google"), like the Market, Gmail, Gtalk, Maps, etc, even when they state things like "OS: Google Android 2.2". Upgrades are usually not available, sometimes the software can be buggy as well.
They're usually OK for surfing the web though, plus communicating with one's Chinese friends via QQ.
You get what you pay for, and that very true with Android tablets.
BTW Bluelans are in Shenzhen, what a surprise.
