Hi every one

I just bought android A8500+. it's 3G phone with dual sim, 3 days ago but I could not use it. the problem was when I inserted my virgin mobile sim card to the phone, it has not appeared the network connection and also in the screen it's shown a logo of sim card with an exclamation mark and underneath there was a letter"no sim card in phone". I tried so many times by turned off and turned on the phone and still it's not worked.could, please anyone to help my problem.
