Help Android ABD problem!

Hi everyone,my name is Peter and in the past few days i've been trying to access the android ADB,which is supposed to be in the SDK.So,I downloaded the SDK,but there was no tools folder in it.There are only the usb driver,add-ons and docs files.Annyone got a clue where to find and how to install it?Thanks in advance.

The Tools directory should be under the directory you designated during the install.

I suggest you unistall , download again for your system x86, x386, x64 whatever...

and install the SDK in C:\SDK_1.5
