Apps Android Admob and Google console

I've been trying to edit this game https://github.com/Purgified/Pixel-Hop and trying to enable the ads and leaderboard. I have done everything I needed to do according to the tutorial http://marketexile.com/documentation/pixelhop/ but once I test the app, ads won't show and I cannot sign in with my email for google services.
I have noticed that I have to App ID's one is from the google play console (Already intergrated it)
The other is from Admob..I have no idea where to put.

ps: even though I cannot see ads, including test ads...I do find ad requests in admob.

AdMob banners are placed at the bottom of menu, settings and score screens of games.
Interstitial ads screen is started before new level of game.

If you test your application on your PC or own device you must use mock AdMob banners from Google.
