Hello all,

Ever sinds I switch to Android (from IOS) I have trouble with my calendar and email.

I have 3 mail accounts sync to my Xperia Z1 Compact.
My main account (Hotmail), mail, contact and calendar is synced
My work account (exchange), calendar is synced
Girlfriends account (Hotmail), calendar is synced

Apps I use
Standard Mail app
Google Calender app

Problems with the calendar
Appointments don

Assuming you are using the stock Android calendar, tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top right of the screen, you should see which calendars are actually showing in the calendar view. Make sure your calendars are checked there.

For email sync trouble, possibly you have no data connection when it tries to sync? You could try one of the many other email apps such as K9, Maildroid, etc or even the new Gmail app. I've become addicted to Aquamail.

I have been trying other mail apps. So far tried:
Gmail but I cant add exchange emailadresses
Aquamail but then I cant sync calendar and contacts
Outlook app (real beautyfull!) but I cant add exchange accounts and always need to sync email
Maildroid cant sync calendar and contacts
Cloudmagic cant sync calendar and contacts

Hopefully someone has the perfect email app for me

The new Gmail app supports exchange, but you need the 5.0 update first. Or download the latest exchange services.apk and install manually
