I'm interested in developing hardware that can interface with android through the ADK.... this requires gingerbread and for the USB Accessories protocol to be working. I'm curious what phones that don't come with gingerbread can be upgrade to be made compatible with the ADK. Interested to hear if anyone else is working on this as well! I have no experience with developing ROMs but do develop apps and hardware using Arduino microcontrollers.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Right now, the only phone with ICS stock is the Galaxy Nexus. I'm sure others will have it pushed to them as time goes along. Good luck in your quest and thanks for using these forums. I hope they prove worthy of your time.
