I just now completed my training and joined in one of the biggest IT company in India. I know java very well. Can any one suggest me how to develop applications for android through java? And i want to know the scope for android developers in big companies... How can I get them?
 
Get the Eclipse IDE and the appropriate plugin...see:

It also comes with a painfully slow emulator, but it works for the most part.

I'm not sure that I understand your second question. I don't really see Android as a market for big companies though, if that is what you are looking for. The reason I even got into Android instead of I-Phone is that it is cheap enough for small independent developers (about $25 to publish an app on the market I think). Not much legal red tape either.
