Android App for managing MP3s with Mac

I am looking for an Android app that does the following:

• Allows me to drag & drop MP3s on my Mac directly into playlists on my Note 3 (kind of how iTunes lets you drag MP3s directly into specific playlists on an iPhone so you don't have to do it manually from the phone afterward)
• The phone app should remember playback position of all or select files (so when you stop a track, play another, and go back, it still remembers where you left off on the first one)

So far, all the apps I've seen do one or the other or neither, but not both. I am willing to download apps that require accompanying desktop Mac software.
