Android App for reading and dictating texts via bluetooth

I am looking for a good app (preferrably free) that will allow me to:

1. have SMS messages read to me via ANY bluetooth headset at anytime I choose and
2. allow me to respond to SMS messages via bluetooth by speaking them

Does anyone know of a good free app on the android market that will do this?

I am not sure about the full scope of item #1 you list, but I believe that Vlingo gets you close to your requirements.
