Does anyone know what app is that yellow upside down drop from?

Unfortunately the main thing I can see in the photo is that your lens was dirty and it was out of focus. The yellow blur is too blurred to identify (though the fact that it's yellow, i.e. doesn't follow the design guidelines that have been in place for a few years, should narrow things down a bit).
