When you are busy, or when you are not able to attend to calls or sms, just put sms server, online, and it will automatically reply to the receiving sms and calls.
Basically, once you install, the app will respond to incoming sms only. But you can make it full version, just by sharing the app on your facebook wall once. Simple and Easy. Then, sms server will respond to incoming calls also.
