Android App to control music on another Android device?

[imnotmikal]

As the title says, is there any app that will let me control an Android device, via another android device?

I have a Viewsonic GTablet running Honeycomb, and I have a dock for it. What I would like to do, is have it hooked up to my stereo for music, and use my phone (LG Ally) to control the GTab's music player.

Anyway this is possible?
