Android app - zone dependent

On MOto G6 in Vancouver, Canada I was not able to reinstall home security app. It appears that my cell phone is setup for USA and this app can be install only in Canada. I was trying to change the country from USA to Canada in Google Play Store settings and was not able to do it. Please let me know, thanks in advance CwrChris

what do you mean it was setup for the US?
 
AFAIK you can only change your registered Google Play device country once a year. So if you previously changed it less than a year ago, you'll need to wait. Or register a new Google account for the country you desire?
