Android apps big & small

Hi

I just purchased a google nexus s 2 days ago and i was fidiling with the "big" marketplace icon and i put it in the delete since i was too lazy to swap screens and id just simply put it in another screen. When I got the marketplace icon back it came back as a small icon. I can't find the two marketplace pictures but i found the google search thingy to be similar.

If i try pulling up another google search, it comes up small, how would i make it so it comes out big? same thing with marketplace

Do you mean the large bar in the top picture? That's a widget, meaning it has some kind of functionality, whereas the small icons are just shortcuts to the app.

Find a clear space on your homescreen and press and hold on it. That should give you the option to add widgets

I've bought a new tablet PC with Google android 2.2. I tried to switched it on but it just stops running when Android logo is showed. Anybody know how to fix it or maybe reinstall it fully?

What's the make and model of the tablet. Let me know and I can move this post to the appropriate device forum.

Some devices need you to touch the Android logo or touch all 4 corners of the screen during initial setup, it's a long shot, but you might want to try that?
