Delete or uninstall what?
If it's a pre-installed app, you probably can't without rooting the device. But on Android 4 you can disable it by going to Settings > Apps, select the app and select "disable". That will stop it running and make it disappear from the app drawer, and since system apps don't live in the same space as user apps you'd not gain space by uninstalling it anyway.
