Android Based applications.

[gpta_varun]

Hi All .

I am new to the world of Android. I have heard that I can create my own applications .

Is it that I can convert any/all windows applications into an android based application and run it on my phone ? or are there any restrictions.

Also kindly let me know the best android based phones in the range of (5-6K) which i can buy .

Thanks

I wanted to ask if I can convert any application without fail.

I want to buy a new android based phone and want to check this point before buying.
