Mods Android Boot Menu? [Root only]

Hey guys, new to these forums, I like it here already :smokingsomb:

I got myself a Gbox last year, its running 4.0.4 and I want to live boot my fav Linux O/S and play some games on it.

I thought it would be as easy as changing a boot option like my laptop....I've come to find out its not lol

How can I go about loading a live O/S? (I don't want to install the O/S on the native HDD unless I absolutely gotta.
