Android box - many cartoons unavailable

I have an android box and have no trouble seeing adult series and films, but when I try to put on cartoons for the children many of them don't seem to be available. I find them listed and their episodes too but when I click on an episode it just says 'up one level'. Is there something I need to do to have access to these? Its quite frustrating!

What make and model is the box, and what online streaming service is it using? e.g. Amazon, Netflix, Hulu? Make sure you got the correct subscription. Could be worth you contacting them, if you're still getting no joy.
