Android box no memory

I have had my android box for about 6 months everything was working fine until one day it had no memory on it, the device says it's full but after doing a factory reset it's still coming up full and won't download any apps, now the device won't let me factory reset to change the firmware.

Sounds like the internal storage has failed. Repair or replacement box required. Is it still under warranty?

The default settings for KODI can also be a big space hogger.
Over time all the images for your movies and TV shows, etc can really add up.
