Android Calendar Pad quirks

I've been using Calendar Pad for some time and, while it generally works well, there is an odd - and unpredictable - error that has caused me problems. Sometimes, when I amend the time of an existing appointment, it will, with no instruction from me, move to the following day.
Mostly, I have learned to watch out for this and correct the date, but it can be a real worry. I can't be the only sufferer, can I?
I use an HTC Hero (in its G2 Touch guise)
