I'm hoping for some thoughts, opinions, comments or concerns about an android car stereo that I'm looking to purchase.
I know cheap chinese equipment is often slated, I have had good dealings with aliexpress before. The android stereo though, I don't know anyone with one.
it's 2.3.5 so quite old, anyone think it might be possible to upgrade and keep functionality? any concerns with this version of android? there are models available with 720mhz cpu's, others a little more expensive have dual core 1.2ghz cpu's. Are there any minimum spec's I should aim for?

Obviously because the stereo uses android and has the correct hardware, it allows me to use android market place, email, internet, facebook etc on the move, it also has dvb-t tuner, dvd player, wifi & 3g, aux input & reversing camera input, GPS and bluetooth, but best of all, allows my kids to each watch / choose there own source while I can still listen to music and have satnav running with bluetooth phone connection all at the same time.
The three audio visual "zones" mean we can all watch / listen to the same thing or each choose our own (dvd on screen 1, gps & music on main head unit and games console or divx film on screen 2)
I haven't found anything else capable of doing all this....
any advice, comments or thoughts welcome. I am hoping to purchase it at the end of the month... ^^
