Android car stereos?

I'm in the market for a car stereo upgrade and all I see are ipod/iphone compatible models. Where is the android love?? Weird how half the market is being ignored. Anyway, anyone got a good recommendation for a nice car stereo to compliment my new rezound? I'd be interested in streaming Pandora and a USB/Aux port for mp3's.

I installled a pioneer 3200bt. Works with beats via aux port. Sounds good and bt works well if you decide to use it. Got it off of craigslist for 90.00. Purchased a harness adapter for my car model and adapter for my steering wheel controls and I'm loving the setup. Touchscreen is responsive, DVD looks good, and its easy to rig the DVD player to play while driving.
