Android Chrome Mobile Bookmarks need advice please.

When I got my nexus 7 I saved bookmarks I wanted in the mobile bookmarks folder.
But however I seem to have lots now and can't find a way to organise them
Is it possible to transfer the bulk of them to the PC and just keep a few mobile ones?
How do I get them out of the folder?

Thread moved to the Android Applications section for assistance with the Android Chrome application.

Best luck. ;)

I'm using a very simple bookmark manager for this job, 'Bookmark Folder' free in Play Store.

Thanks

Is it Bookmark Folders OR Bookmark Folder (free)

The first one says for geeks so thats not me! :o

Is there a way to add most of them to my pc from the mobile bookmarks folder also?

Here is the link ... :)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ebnavigator&feature=more_from_developer&hl=en

... the app has export/import functions to the phone's browser but not to the PC.

BTW, I create every bookmark on the browser and on Bookmark Folder.
With phone's Chrome I sync with PC's Chrome and have all bookmarks on PC automatically.
On the phone I'm using only the bookmarks in Bookmark Folder, well sorted in folders :)

Yes ... but only one after one as URL ;)

I've had a little search and found this app in Play Store ...
MyBookmarks

The app export Chrom's and other browser's bookmarks as file (.html file?) to the phone's storage/SD card.
If you transfer the file to PC's Chrome, Chrome would import it as bookmarks.

I didn't try the app yet, but I think it does what want :)

Is there no way to do it without downloading a new program?
My Nexus 7 seems to have slowed up since the last update already

On PC, all browsers would import the bookmarks as HTML file.

If you don't want an additionally app on your N7 to produce a HTML, you might disable Chrome on your N7 and install an Android browser which is able to export its bookmarks directly as HTML file.
But I don't know whether there is such an Android browser (Boat Browser?)

So I think, the better way would be to export the N7's bookmarks as a HTML file via an app, like I suggested in my former post.
I even found
- HTML export ability and
- bookmarks managing (primitively),
combined in a single app: Bookmark Overseer :)
