That should point again to the fact that the file is in memory and not in physical folder/partition. In the /dev/block are other "files" with name like Ram0, Ram1 and so forth up to 10(I think). I have the "feeling" that those files are created at boot and loaded into ram. The "physical" files are located somewhere else and being copy at boot. It could be in boot sector, but I do not know. Need to investigate this more.
