I sometimes use my phone and it crashes which makes me have to remove my battery and this damages the phone over time. I think Google should create a crash screen like the image attached

How does removing the battery damage the phone (unless you break the cover when you remove it)?

It is similar to turning a computer on and off.
My sis took the battery out of her galaxy mini and when she put it back her phone bricked

There is a minimal chance of corrupting data in use when you pull the battery.

It certainly can happen, but I'd wager it wouldn't be enough to warrant a special screen.

When an app crashes it should only crash the app, not the entire system.

The whole system crashing is pretty common on low end phones because of the available RAM. Also this can be caused by low internal storage
