Android CustomSpinner Component

I've created a custom component which works like a lock of a safe.

on picture you see two different objects of my component.

If you need to create UI when user need to choose some element of a list, using this non standard component will be more intresting for user. And it is usefull - user can scroll and find a needed value very quickly.

What does this do???

It have ability to scroll inner views, but one an inner view always will be centered. After scrolling, the component will do own smooth scrolling to set spinner in a correct position.

So if you use it, you can set some own views, set different backgrounds for any view, and for header and footer of CustomSpinner.

Sorry, still don't get the function

It is easy to create UI - a some setter where you can enter a value, or chose a value you need via buttons like "-" and "+", or "prev" and "next". But it is more intresting for user to scroll to value she want.
So I think, if you need to create UI when user need to choose some element of a list, using this non standard component will be more intresting for user. And it is usefull - user can scroll and find needed value very quickly.
