Is it me or is it kind of crummy?
I might be missing something, however.
First of all, I cannot find a way to permanently change the alarm tone. Yes, I can change the individual alarm's tone when I create it, but it's sort of a hassle and a point of failure to have to remember to change your alarm tone from a nice, passive, sound to something more vibrant and startling.
Secondly, the alarm volume is very, very, low. The alarm's sound is turned all the way up in the settings and the individual alarm's volume is all the way up. When the "test sound" is given it's sufficiently loud. But when the actual alarm itself goes off it's very quiet. Again, too quiet for the alarm to possibly have any effect on someone if they were sleeping. (Sort of the point of an alarm.)
I could be missing something, if not I guess I'll go to Play Store and get/buy a better alarm app. but seems to me an alarm is a pretty basic thing for a phone to "get right" and shouldn't need an app to improve upon. And I'd hate to get an app as, often, one has to buy one in order to get one with all of the features unlocked and without ads.
