i tried searching everywhere and couldn't find anything about this issue.
first time i went to Device manager on my Nexus 7 everything worked fine. the next day when i went to it i was unable to locate anything. it was like the page wasn't even loading properly, it never attempted to contact my device, the click down arrow to scroll through register devices didn't work.
but when a friend would log into his google account on my same Nexus 7 everything worked fine, so it isn't the tablet.
any idea? did it some how get disabled?? as far as i am aware the only way to disable to is to uncheck the locate device box in google settings app on my phone and it is still checked.
