Help Android directory deleted

I'm new to the Android (I just bought a Galaxy S), I'm just wondering If I wanted to go into "MY FIles" and delete all the files would it be a big problem? Currently holds the Android Directory, SVOX, SD, DCIM?

You can't delete SD, since it's not actually a folder, but rather a link to your external SD card.

The rest you can delete safely without causing any problems. But there really isn't much point - your phone will just create them again automatically.
