Root Android does not want to run

A

Android Question

Guest
Hello, Phone normally acted with've downloaded a program, to change the rom. Only now I can not even run the phone. I can not do anything with the phone in addition to enable "Android System Recovery <3e>". But this option also I can not do anything. I deleted the effect of such a system, normally by running the phone without a combination of display keys, only the screen lights up and the end. Does anybody can help me?
I will only add more to the option "apply update from something" gets the answer invalid invalid ota package missing scatter installation aborted.

50 seconds at startup is still the phone or try to enable the download mode, this mode before tem acted by clicking voldown + home + power and now it is the same thing for 50 seconds.

22 second is an error "insalation Aborted" later gives "wipe data / factory reset" and it is faster than before.

Which phone model is it, and what we're you doing before it started?

This stuff is usually device-specific, so we need to know what phone you have in order to help.

My phone model is sm-g900f.
phone normally acted, it is true I made a few changes to it that is the root and edit the file vold.fstab.
After these operations, everything worked normally, and by chance I installed an applet to change the rom's. He asked for permission SuperSu and my fun is the whole phone, from now on what is in the video. Even before clicking vldown + home + power turn on Download Manager unless and now also the screen is just Glow

So what app did you install to change the ROM, and what exactly did you try to do with it? Information is key here.

Meanwhile as SM-G900F is the European Galaxy S5, I'll move this thread to the S5 All Things Root forum, as that's where we'll find the people who are best able to help with this.

This should be fixable: if it can get into recovery it's not totally dead, and that's usually all that's needed.

Thank you very much, I will link to tender in terms of the program, at least this shows itself as installed. Unless I'm wrong after installing the program jumped the green button open in google play. later turned on the program itself and asked to allocate Permission (grant privilages). I'm a click and I saw what kind of application but chose not to install any rom. later, do nothing, turned off the phone after some time and it would happen so.

Recently do not know if they did not delete the rom because the android system recovery <3e> options when once chose wipe data / format that it lasted quite a long time, and now it takes a very fast

You should be able to boot into your custom recovery and restore your last nandroid backup.

If you failed to make a nandroid backup then you can boot into recovery mode and wipe your cache partition as per #1.3 of S5 Lollipop Update Problems - Dummies Guide

If that fails to restore your phone, you can download and flash the stock Samsung firmware for your phone's CSC code as described in #1.11 of 35 Galaxy S5 models - know yours???

Flashing your stock firmware will unroot you and you will need to re-root again.

I was checking this not because I am using debian, I found an alternative Odin, Heimdall but as far as I remember good need to get a usb like to fastboot or adb shell and the only thing where I access it in the android adb recovery Sideload

If you did not do a nandroid backup prior to installing the app and you have tried wiping the cache partition and you cannot get into Download Mode, for whatever reason, I suggest contacting the apps developer for help on the email shown on his Play Store site...

Just as a matter of interest, were you fully rooted and had the latest version of SuperSU installed, before you downloaded this app?

Yes, I made a full root and were enabled automatic updates but not exactly version supersu was checking. In any case, thank you for your help, when you manage to do something sort of write it on the forum :)

There, may be your problem as the app requires the latest version of SuperSU. You may want to ask the dev, if the app is suitable for the S5 and for whatever custom recovery and firmware you are running, Android 4.4.2, 4.4.4, 5.0.0.

unless you still have any ideas :)

If you really cannot boot your phone into Download Mode to enable a stock ROM to be flashed and you failed to make a nandroid backup, then it is a trip to a Samsung Service Point if you cannot get any further suggestions from the apps developer, as mentioned previously.

And can be installed in such a situation, a different system than the android? for example ubuntu?

No.
