My Tablet is SM-P601 10.1 completely rooted, I had need to access Download Manager of chrome browser to stop unwanted downloads but I didn't find any access so decided to use Root Uninstaller for access to Android Download Manager(Download Manager v4.4.2p601XXUCOI2) before any change I made a backup from it, I didn't remember what did i do and Download Manager is removed now i can't download any app from Googleplay store and Download is stopped on message of "Download is pending ..." I could move this backup from Download Manager v4.4.2p601XXUCOI2. apk to my sdcard but instalation is not succeed my device is completely rooted too I tried install it as system but it says need restarting After restarting nothing is installed!?
