hi friends,
i had samsung sgh-i777 last night the battery was dead,and i kept charging in the morning and from there it was not charging and sometimes i am getting a android display on screen saying factory mode do not power off

I may need a little more info but I think I may be able to help. First and for most check that your phone is actually charging and that you don't have an issue with your cable or plug. If you have a other one try it. If not check that the charging animation is doing its regular little routine. I would try and remove the battery from the phone and pressing the power button for 30 seconds then putting the battery back and turning the phone on regularly. If that fails, with the device turned off, hold down both volume keys and hold the power button for about 4 seconds. Then release the power button but continue holding the volume keys until the recovery pops up. then select factory reset and reboot the phone. the last step is a last resort as your phone will be wiped at that point to it's factory settings. I would explore the charger cable and plugs first.. Hope this helps!
