I am using Android Emulator to develop an application which plays mp4 videos. But when I run the application on the emulator video does not play or plays very slowly, although audio is perfect. I read in lot of posts that Android needs a very fast machine to play videos(quad core) but I do not think that is the reason because videos are playing perfectly in another machine in our network which has XP and 2 GB RAM(I am using Windows7 with 2 GB RAM). Can anyone please tell what is the exact configuration needed to play the videos.
