Help Android Error? Help please

Hi... I have a sky phone. ( IM-A820L). Since last week it started runnig away from my commands.
Automatically it on and off wi-fi and mobile data. And also when I connected to the Internet it is installing some softwares automatically. I can't stop them. Sometimes it's restarting.... basically I wanted to say it is running automatically. (Kind of artificial intelligence)
I made factory data reset several times and it is still happening. Can give you any kind of details about it. Help please. .... .

I've never heard of this phone or manufacturer, but if you can find a copy of the official software and instructions on how to reinstall it that would be your best bet (the software and procedures are specific to the particular phone).

Have you been installing apps from places other than the Play Store? If so, how carefully did you check before installing? There is malware that can install itself as a system app on some devices, which means it will survive a factory reset, and if you've installed some of that then your only chance is to either reflash the phone (my first suggestion above) or root it, identify the app responsible and uninstall that. Try MalwareBytes and scan the phone for malware as a first step.

I'm considering infection here because of what you say about it "installing some software automatically", but I may be over-reacting. Can you say what is being downloaded/installed?
