Help Android Error : Unfortunately, phone has stopped.

Hi,

I am using Micromax ITELL S500, Currently I received the error message as .

1. 'Unfortunately, phone has stoped.'
2. 'Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stoped.'

Unable to fix this error and used my phone. Is there anyone guide me step by step how can i fixed this error my self.
