Android forced update?

Guysfew months ago i was using this version which i loved the most (mostly everyone had it when they have their phone) then few months it firmware will force me to update Android to a new version. if i put later they will KEEP reminding me which i have no choice to update. now its android jelly bean which i honestly IMO i HATe. everything is screwed up and i asked my friends if andropid forced them they said NO. why is this so? is this common? how do i get my previous version thkxdxx

I am not sure whether you can get back but I know this has to do with the update settings which you might have set to auto update or notify me when there's an update. Would you also let us know of the kind of phone you are using?tat way we can tell whether you can go back to your previous firmware or not.
