The forum software plus the custom theme.
What forum software are you planning to use?
Xenforo is modern looking, vbulletin is professional, ipb is clean and sleek.

Dont mean to go against you, but in the end we all know rippers can rip the site.
Being that the theme isnt properly owned legally, people can take it so long as they dont reused the ANdroidforums name.

The terms of service are clear about copying content and materials used to construct the site. It's not allowed.
When a member signs up to this forum, they agree to the Terms Of Service. Someone declaring an intention to copy the site must be made aware of this.
