Help Android freezes at optimizing apps

I bought a Sony xperia z3 compact yesterday .yesterday it worked ,but today its freezes at Android is optimizing apps 15 out of 175 after 18 hours it showing optimizing apps 25 out of 175 . what is the cause of this problem and solution please

It means that your device is updating the installed apps. It usually happens after you upgraded Android to higher version. Very low speed Internet connection can cause extremely long waiting time.
