Hello,
What is happening to the game development nowadays?
In my opinion the old Nintendo and Super Nintendo games are almost better than today's android and even iPhone games...
Remember the old days....
Contra game, Mario, Captain America, Addams Family, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear was released for Nintendo and not even released for Android..
The old Nintendo games, when I was playing them, I feel like I am living a story, the game has a lot of levels / stages to finish.
Unlike today, the games look like a Flash based games, and most of them are score games. not stages / levels games. The game doesn't have a story.
It's all about killing monsters, zombies and cartoon pictures.
Forget about Nintendo Games!!
Not talking about Nintendo and Sega games, let's compare the Android Games with Java Games that were released for Symbian Phones (3rd and 5th Edition)
The java games are almost better than today's games!!!
Again, the games have a story to play.
If I talked about a game, Ninja Turtles was a Java touch screen game and has many stages to complete..
There was a Command & Conquer: Red Alert - Tiberium Wars (Java Game) and not even released on Android!!
If it was released on Android, it will sure look like the PC game just like in iPhone.
